What I wore...the linen allure.

Linen is my favourite fabric EVER. Ralph Lauren crested navy linen blend blazer, this will be getting alot of wear this spring/summer because of its versatilty factor. Linen pocket square from Reiss, white linen tee shirt from H&M, navy linen pants from Zara (scored it for 13 quid on sale) and a multi coloured linen scarf. Thats how this past saturday was WO(R)N.

Sandal (window) shopping...understated elegance from high street to high end.

Kurt Geiger makes very nice sandals every year. These are all leather with rubber sole and its well cushioned for maximum comfort. Not too expensive but if you wait till the summer sale you might get them cheaper...or not.

It would be a sin to leave one colour behind, love them both I am a double buyer...bad habit.

These ones are from Office, considering the quality they are very well priced. With my experience with Office sandals this is not a bad look and it will serve you well. Highly recommended. All leather and well cushioned for comfort too just like the KG but for a fraction of the price.

For those with unlimited funds there you go...say no to molly rock TOM FORD. Brilliant design not so pretty price tag but what do you expect?

Personally these would be my holy trinity for the summer...

Ankle grazers...thats what I call them.

Yes it is still cold and honestly I am completely sick of this weather now so I'm just going to post/wish the good weather into existence. I'm beginning to look like the style weather man, all recent posts have had to do with the weather (spring this summer that) *sigh*. Enter the ankle shy pants for men, ankle grazers I call them from single or double cuffing your tapered jeans to tailoring your linen pants I personally think its cool to bare the ankles especially in the spring and summer plus you get to show how beautiful your shoes are...no? yes I say. NEVER cover up a nice pair of shoes its disrespectful. I'm joking...no I'm not.

Welcome to Spring Street...Leather, Navajo, Accetate shades, Sneakers and Espadrilles.

I'v been a big fan of the Scotch&Soda brand for a while now, their pieces are a pretty much timeless. This classic green leather bomber is no exception. This will service the wardrobe well in the spring and summer because if its versatilty factor.

Overcoat and sweat pants well worn...

STYLE is your opinion/view of what you deem fashionable. I have never been the one to trend hard, everyone seems to be on the sweat pant train these days but the 'rebel' in me has always been a fan of 'casualglam' (i just made that up now. lol) an overcoat on sweat pants (not super baggy and not leggings skinny) and a decent pair of sneakers well put together is a winner in my book especially on a cold day when you might be doing alot of walking and you want to be free from the constraints of a jeans. Well put together by New York Giant Victor Cruz.

THE GENTLEMAN WRIST WATCH.

From Piaget to Cartier the slim/flat gentleman dress watch is an essential for any self respecting style inclined man. You don't have to break the bank if you can't afford to, the reasonably priced Rotary 1895 or the WD Daniel Wellington with a variation of straps will do just fine.

THE SAFARI JACKET.

The safari jacket is an outerwear classic. A very versatile design that looks good made in almost any fabric. The linen has to be my favourite, less formal than the traditional suit or blazer, worn with jeans, long pants, tassle loafers , sandals and shorts it still looks right. My earliest memory of this classic is my dad in the khacki short sleeved and James Bond in 'THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN'.

Real STYLE has little or no rules its mostly instictive its how you feel and If you don't feel like wearing socks with your suit and tie then I say fv*k the socks. Personally I am a big advocate of the 'fv*k the socks movement' lol, its cool as long as you make sure your feet is well oiled no ashy ankles please...
